This is the installation package for Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10.x), El Capitan (10.11.x), and Sierra 10.12.x. This package includes the USB driver and the Bluetooth drivers and application for the CT1100 device. There should be a category entitled Smart card readers and if you click on it, it should show a device named Microsoft Usbccid Smartcard Reader (WUDF) or similar. Macintosh OS X: Macintosh Installer (.pkg driver) for Mac OS X 10.7 or earlier.
